I wonder if someone, somewhere has a record of President Obama telling Puppet Biden what to do and say.
Obama is the only President, other than FDR to serve three terms. If I'm not mistaken.

According to the National Archives, You are mistaken. Obama served two terms as POTUS.

Washington set the precedent of only serving two terms, and FDR is the only president to serve more. Though a few others considered it or even tried to be elected again.
Obama may have a lot of influence and say over Biden, but he is not president. If influence etc. counted, then Woodrow Wilson's wife would count as a president. After his stroke, Edith was the only communication link with her husband. She brought out all decisions and was widely believed to be making those decisions herself. Nothing really major took place during the period of his illness until his second term ended. She later said that the White House doctor(s) told her to be the only person to communicate about decisions with him to avoid strain on the president's physical and mental health. As I said, many people then and now believe she actually made the decisions instead of talking them over quietly in a low stress way with him.
The Constitution states that if a person succeeds to the office of president and serves two full years or more they can only be elected for one full term. If they fill in less than two years, then they can run for two terms of their own, making a total of 10 years. This is in the 22nd Amendment, passed after FDR's time in office. His 4th e******n was in the Fall of 1944, swearing in as president in Jan 1945 but dying in April 1945 serving a total of 12 years and not quite 3 months.

The office of president should be for one term 6 years. Wouldn't spend his time trying to get reelected, might get something done.

My point is that Obama is running the show now with Biden carrying out his wishes. Biden is only holding
the office. In my opinion he is president in title only. In that the case Obama would effectively be in his third term
if he is making the decisions.
