I bought a can of spray paint last week. When I removed the top yesterday, there was no button! None of the buttons on the other spray cans would fit, so I'll waste another hour driving into town to exchange it.
A tip: If you have the option of having a receipt emailed to you, take it. That's what I'm using to return this today. Obviously, remove the cap from the can before you pay for it.

Nothing is simple. They said I could just swap the can for a good one. Unfortunately, there was no silver, so I had to get one that cost $2.16 more. They had a problem with the card reader, so I couldn't use the card or cash. After they messed around with it for a while, I said, "Why don't we just forget about the $2.16?" They agreed.

You can't open the cap before you pay if you were to buy it from Amazon. So drive in to town and help keep the store open.

Careful with e-mail receipt only. When prompted to choose which receipt, I asked the store employee what happens if they want to check my receipt against purchases at the exit… she replied that they assume the email receipt comes to your phone which you can show… to which I asked her… what if you don’t have a phone with you or the email doesn’t go to the phone… to which she said… that would be a problem, you better get a printed receipt.

I always get (ask for) a printed receipt, except for my barber.
