Kim, you certainly made a silk purse out of a sow's ear when you photographed this ugly duckling of the C-1 Vettes! For years the '58 was looked down upon by most enthusiasts due to its fake hood louvres and over-abundance of chrome that included the chrome "tusks" on the trunk lid. It truly amazes me that this model is now sought after and brings premium prices at auctions, although this can probably be attributed to the rather low numbers of sales for this model year Corvette.
