My farmer tilling my field with a $600,000 experimental John Deere tractor that's not yet in production. It is on loan from John Deere testing wear and tear before being offered on the market. I rode with him for a while, and this is the smoothest riding, quietest tractor I have ever driven or ridden in. Everything is automatic, of course.

Good shot of some odd machinery John. Looks like it will get the job done.

At $600,00 how do you make a profit on a crop? Great looking machine, though.

Very neat, must have been a fun ride.

That’s how my farmer feels. He’d love to have it, but that’s not going to happen.

That's certainly an interesting looking tractor, John. At least you can't get a flat tire. But imagine that track jumping off of its guide wheels. I don't think the AAA club can help you much.

Yeah, the one is a little beyond AAA help. Thanks for looking, Tom. We are beginning to see a few track implements around here. My guy has a grain wagon on tracks to livery from the combine to the semi.
