Is there a stand alone program for colonizing that you would recommend that would be relatively easy to use?

If there is a stand-alone program for colorizing, I'm not aware of it.

The programs I used were LrC, Ps, and an older version of PortraitPro. I spent a LOT of time making the colorized version shown in this post, and another hour or two completing what I consider the 'final' image (as included in the post I subsequently posted).
