Interesting how some stupid states are taking President Trump off the b****t.
This is illegal as we all know and it is a federal matter of so called i**********n.
Remember that Pelosi and committees have never actually indicted the President let alone convicted him of any i**********n.
These states are thus just interfering with the e******n which is a federal offense.

Who knows what the Supreme Court will say.
But if they put President Trump back on the b****t it will be the final word on the f**e i**********n stories.
After that, any mention of an i**********n will be proof that the person saying it is a complete i***t and a 100% liar.
Thus all media, democrats, RINOs and other clowns 🤡 will be shown, beyond all doubt to be wrong as real Americans already know.

I see you are writing the dreams you had the night before in the attic.

You must have woken up laughing as we are now.

Are you saying there really were no patriots s**tting in the halls of congress?
It was all made up?
What I saw on TV was really just a Stanley Kubrick?

Even CNN is now talking about how the move is illegal.

In Trumps second impeachment the charge was inciting an i**********n.
In his “ trial “ in the senate 57 found him guilty and 43 not guilty.

Hasn’t he already had his trial and been found guilty.
The 14th says he can be pardon of the punishment big disqualification by 2/3’s of congress.
In reality the entire Constitution is to keep the government from abusing its authority.so who know what the court will say. This is their chance to redeem a degree of respectability and they may do it .

There was no conviction.
Thus no i**********n.
Guess you missed Constitution 101.
Libs are so utterly stupid and ignorant.

Who said anything about a conviction. The 14th certainly doesn’t does it ?

It merely says “” shall have engaged in i**********n or r*******n against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. ”
And majority of senate said that happened !!

That section requires engagement.
There is no proof of any engagement.
Of course libs are too stupid and moronic to know that.

This is like a moving target with you .
First , proof of i**********n
Now Engagement .
“ Or given aid or confort” he certainly did that by his lack of action for three hours. Despite being told by aides what action was needed.

His “lack of action for three hours” may be pivotal as according to this excerpt from a DOJ journal distinguishes between legal duty vs. moral duty and intent,

“Criminal omission is based on the theory that failure to perform a legal duty when one has the capacity to do so is a substitute for the commission of a defined offense when the harm done is the same. The causation requirement is essential to proving criminal omission. This prescribes that a person's omission have the intent to cause and be the proximate cause of the proscribed harm. The establishment of criminal omission also requires that the proximate cause of the harm was the failure to perform a legal duty (failure to perform a moral duty alone is not sufficient for liability). Sources of legal duty are duty based upon (1) relationship, (2) being a landowner, (3) contract, (4) statute (other than the offense charged), (5) the voluntary assumption of responsibility, (6) creation of peril, and (7) rescue responsibility. Further, the capacity to perform is an essential aspect of criminal omission. This involves being physically capable of performing the legal duty without greatly endangering oneself or harming other interests. A total of 125 footnotes are provided.”

Very well said.
Or, in a more common sense manner one could just summarize his words, heard on TV's everywhere, when speaking to the assembling throng; "Let's march down to the capital to overturn the e******n. I'll be right there with you "
Oh, and while we're at it, let's hang the vice president for disagreeing with me.
