My name is Scott Pratt and I work full time as a middle school History teacher. I am trying to get my photography up and running. Learning Photoshop and Lightroom is helping a lot. Im shooting with a Nikon D7100 and I have a few lenses for it. Im hoping to upgrade to a full frame soon. Here are a few pictures, I welcome all constructive criticism.

Love the first ones...
The last one...you have it framed so the viewer is drawn into the center...but to what?
Something needs to be in focus and interesting in that center.

Welcome(from across the bay)! Looks to me like you are doing very well already. My advise at this time is not to get tied up in gear acquisition syndrome so fast.

Welcome to Pinellas…Lots of stuff to shoot & lots of parks, museums. Don’t focus on latest/greatest gear….Thanks for being in one of the hardest professions.
