Jules I actually saw this gallery of yours last night on Maxpreps, we'll done. Thank God for Topaz since you're at 10K ISO. Your images are well thought out and tight, great colors considering the color cast of the gym. Were you switching lens on one body? I need to get a faster 50mm, 85mm or a 24-70mm mirrorless RF lens for my Canon for those close shots near the baseline, my current EF lens are way too slow but are great for static portraits. Happy Holidays to you and Barb, I hope you are getting stronger/healthier for the new year.

Hi Rick:
Thanks for your good wishes. The same to you and the family.
I use one camera, the D4 switch lenses at the quarter and sides too.
Topaz saves the day.
Any thoughts on white balance, I am still having trouble. What do you think about expodisk?
I feel pretty good enough to sit through 3 basketball games twice last week. My only trouble was a few games they were prep schools and couldn't get them over to MP. There were ways via Chelsea but to advanced for this old guy.
Happy New Year.
Jules

Jules I have a few expodiscs for my lens smaller than 300mm. I think they work good in some cases and I also have the larger collapsible fabric 18% grey card. I get mixed results with those. My canon also has white balance with white priority and that so far works the best. At times, I will goto the white balance and manually change the color temperature visually for the gym I'm shooting. There's things you can further tweak for greenish hues by adding magenta etc.

I just bought the gray card, see if that's better than auto white balance in those terrible lit gyms.
