I think that Snapseed is the best thing since sliced bread. Together with Retouch on the phone itself, you can make an awful lot of adjustments. This was at a local hotel in Martha’s Vineyard. Having had Nikons, cannons, Olympus, cameras, and all sorts of very fancy and expensive and heavy lenses, I have come to the absolute realization that what I need is to be a better photographer and not have better equipment. I am now down to my iPhone 15 Pro max only and I am super satisfied. I do want to get a snapping holder that will allow me to Hold the iPhone more like a camera to take photos and I am open to suggestions. Have a good holiday everyone.
Neil Pakarklis has an excellent YouTube video on how to hold an iPhone steady plus a lot of other good stuff. His method works very well. And yes, Snapseed is a great and versatile editor.
Nice interior shot. The iPhone 15 Pro Max does very well. I, too, have been drifting away from my regular cameras and mostly using my iPhone 13 Pro Max. And I also like to use Snapseed. It’s “healing” feature I find to be very useful in cleaning up an image. Thanks for posting, and have a very merry and blessed Christmas.
Beautiful shot really brings out the scene. Emil P on you tube has a course on photos and development with the I Phone. It was $49.00 and fantastic. I had the i Phone 14 pro then and it was worth its weight in gold. I still use a lot of his advice with my new phone the S23 ultra Samsung. I to am shooting less with the big Sony a7 IV and use my cell phone mostly. Have a fantastic Christmas

Good shot and nice edit.
One of the main reasons why I started shooting with my IPhone was the reduction in weight from my bigger and heavier Nikon. From what I have seen, those Snap on Camera holder only had bulk and some reviews say that the bluetooth shutter connections sometime lag or don't work at all. While I have mastered Emil's P's way of holding the phone I prefer the case from Peak Design. If I know I am going to be shooting several images at a location, I will just slip my finger in the strap which allows me to secure the phone as well as quickly switching from a Portrait orientation to a landscape Orientation. With your finger in the strap your hand becomes a human L bracket. The little dongles you see on my camera are Quick on and off Peak leash strap connectors. I use this strap to carry my phone securely when I am walking around.
Thanks for the response and the suggestion. I will definitely check it out. Happy holidays and stay safe.
