Fantastic shot do not remember seeing it before would have remembered it. You must have used a slow shutter speed to get the effect on the water. Have a Merry Christmas

As the name implies, it's a IPhone app that allows slow shutter speeds. This app is one of the more sophisticated apps I've found. Here is a link: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/even-longer/id1546911907

Here's a Video Tutorial on how to use it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dTPmxzprVgw

The app is a paid subscription or a 1 time cost for Lifetime which also includes any future udpates.

As the name implies....

Depends on what one infers. Could be a longer anything.

If my lens is too short, make it even longer.........
Wait, there's a thing for that.

Did you know what it was before you read about it at the Apple Store?
(I don't do Apple...)

Wow, that’s a nice one. I like what that app does for a smartphone camera. There is another one, I think it’s called “Slow Shutter?”

Yes, I also have that app and at $2.99, it's fun to use.

Turns out I have this one. I’d forgotten that I downloaded awhile ago and just never got around to using it.

I originally used this because of a photographer I follow Gyn Dewis. He then moved to the reeHeld which does the same thing but hand held. These apps are using multiple images folding algothryms to produce long exposure images without the use of filters. It shoots in jpeg but there is another app from them called ReeXpose which does raw.

Attached is a handheld 26 sec long exposure at the Getty Villa in Los Angeles. They don’t allow tripods so I used ReeHeld rather than ReeXpose which requires one. This was shot on an iPhone 14 Pro in 1x but jpeg not 48mp PhotoRaw. I thought about getting away with using a selfie stick which has a tripod on it but didn’t want to get kicked out.

That turned out well, I’d say. Sounds like a very useful app.
