Ages ago I shot some night images on slide film. Great hunting ground for night shots. I’ve never been there since I went digital. A coworker went a couple of years ago and he said the streets stunk to high heaven like marijuana smoke. He said he saw two street people get in an actual blood drawing fist fight over a quarter inch long joint tossed onto the sidewalk by its former owner. Kind of hard to enjoy the visit with that stuff going on.

Stayed in a nice hotel there in '88, $12.50. Steak dinner, $2.50. Would have seen Frank Sinatra concert, but $60 was too much.

Went there as a sixteen year old with a polaroid camera. The showgirls on the street in costume left an indelible impression!!!

Steve, all I remember is being escorted out of a casino by two very big bouncers for having my camera strapped around my neck in the early 70s.

Yes I do remember using film on the strip. Stayed at the Dunes. Lost some money in that casino. Canon EOS-10S.
