Mark, the last link with 16 numbers is the one familiar to me. Number 2, "fly me to the moon". I used to listen to Sinatra and Count Basie all the time. one of my favorites. My Mom had all of records that Sinatra made with Count Basie. Wish I still had all of Mom's old 78's, She had some good ones.

Every now & then there is one of those moments in time that just stops you in your tracks.
Here is his first appearance.

Landau Eugene Murphy Jr.

This guy went on to win the show that season.

I think Sinatra's "mature" but not old voice was best. Probably Rat Pack years. Now, Tony Bennett just got better with age.

Great stuff! He was a master crooner. I loved the work with Count Basie and the Orchestra. I was lucky enough to see Basie and his crew before he died. I never saw Frank.
