I'm not sure if I posted this earlier this ear. I don't think so. But I reworked the image recently to see how it does in a club competition. Taken at a High School Rock Band concert. I used several It is a single image with many multiple exposures.

You posted it in June, which means I had to scroll through 39 pages of your comments and photos to find it

You've removed the multiple heads in this one, but I'm still troubled by the arms. For me it would be a stronger image to mask out the extra appendages in order to keep our focus on the cymbals, drums, sticks and highlights. So much energy from the captured motion! Fantastic color contrasts also.

I should have gone through my old posts. My apologies. Maybe some cloning of the arms might have been good. I worry about doing too much cloning. It can get messy. Of course, 50 sets of arms can be argued to be a bit messy as well.

Was this done in-camera? My camera doesn't have the feature.

If you shot separate photos in a burst, and then merged the layers in pp, there would be no need for cloning, just layer masks.

My camera will actually do up to 9 multiple exposures in camera. You set it for how many shots you want, and then bit the shutter button as quickly as you can. So, yes, I'd have to clone if I wanted to removed the limbs. Still might try it, though.

I like it, but Linda does have a point about the arms.

We'll see. I entered it in our local club competition. Who knows if a judge will like it. \
