Phone calls, emails and text messages!

I find interesting that so many telemarketing guys with an Indian accent are named Bill, Joe, Tom and John.
It never ends. If not the health people it will be the car warranty people. Or, Microsoft telling me that my iMac has a problem.

Sarah doesn't care about enrollment deadlines. She has her own agenda. During the year I try to get a live person on the line, and one of my questions is "how do you get around the open enrollment deadline." That's when they usually hang up. My other key question is "are you a licensed insurance agent, & what companies do you represent." That will guarantee a hang up.
