Long time frustrated amateur photographer - it's a left brain/right brain thing and my "artistic" shots have been mostly by chance. Rule of thirds, leading lines, pattern repetition and other "rules of composition" elude me. I have discovered that I like taking panos and use Microsoft's ICE [Image Composite Editor] to assemble them, but for the most part, after fifty years of photography, I still take "snapshots."

I'm using Photoshop CS6 and ACR9.1.1 so it might do nothing for me, but what is MS-ICE? I also have Windows 10 Home and Office Professional 360. Is ICE part of Windows, Office, or some separate media processing program?
