Ha Ha Ha ... and Ho Ho Ho work... 'cause "Hee Hee Hee" makes me FEEL like I'm in labor again! Lamaz classes.. ACK! (and wouldn't ya know it, I had TWO C-sections instead and never needed it lol)

Yanno? I haven't been doing my belly-dancing in a while.. maybe I should pick it back up. At least the costumes are sexy ;)

*hugs*
Thanks!
I'm tickled :)

What did you do, smear Jello on your lens?

At least that's the first thing that came to my mind. The colors are so varied, and translucent. The shapes are so so fluid, but still coherent.

Congratulations!

Hey!
Now THAT'S creative and original! lol

Viceroy is another member here and posted the steps to try this on his post some weeks ago. It involves something colorful, something to raise a clear bottomed glass pan, water and olive or veggie oil... a tripod and the camera.

Lay out the patterned colorful paper or cloth underlayment, place whatever you have as risers for the pan in place, place the pan on top... add water and some oil... swirl and shoot!

There was another version that involved butter smeared thinly before adding water but when I did that, I failed miserably. Not sure what I did wrong but a clean pan worked much better for me.

Give it a shot!
I'd love to see the results!

Looks like something from our senior prom decorations - the theme was Purple Haze. LOL
