It isn't surprising that George Santos was expelled from Congress. What is surprising is that 112 republicans v**ed to NOT expel him. Whoa ! wait, what?? That's right. Roughly half of the GOP congressmen and women, including the Speaker, think he should stay. Yes sir! Ethics in Washington (my butt). Maybe the fact checkers should be listened to a bit more closely. I understand (maybe) the far right fringe like Marge Greene, Matt Gaitz, and Lauren Blobart v****g for "aquital". But there must be some brain eating amoeba in the Washington water system for over 100 congressmen to think that guy belonged there.

The only reason that they would want to keep him aboard is because the Republican lead is razor thin and every v**e counts. He was already stripped of any committee position that he held so he didn't carry much wait. But the crook is gone - now what?
