With the camera body and L lenses that you own, why would you consider using cheap glass filters? Lesser quality filters on L lenses reduces the lens image quality.

B+W. You'll never look back with regret.
After years of using B+W and tons of research I switched everything over to Hoya HD Protectors and Hoya HD CPL's. I did it for many reasons but the short list was, extremely durable (HD stands for Heavy Duty and they are VERY hard to break), exceptional light transmittance (they beat B+W in every test), and their mount which is a normal screw in mount. Their standard mount is slim enough to use on my 16-35 f/2.8L II with no problems and it has standard threads so your normal Canon lens caps work perfectly. You hear about B+W's frames and how Hoyas are aluminum and blah blah blah but I find them to be exceptionally well made and have had zero problems (and they get used every day). I have a protector on every lens (and they are all "L" series lenses) I own a CPL for both 77mm as well as 82mm and they are awesome. One caution if you buy from Ebay make sure they are real regardless of what you buy lots of imitations out there.

Exactly , that is why I narrowed my choice down to these two filters, both similar price range.
I think I will go with B+W for the ND filters and Hoya for the protectors
