Yes when I saw the fruit in the grocery, immediately I saw it as an antique black powder bomb.

Thank you, I spent my professional life successfully seeing things as they aren't. During WW2, you could not buy metal repair parts, my Dad, used blacksmithary to fix or make things from scrap material. Education got me in the industrial door, my Dad's example teachings make me different. Needing a special heated platen [surface] for treating tire yarn, instead of special custom designed order $1500 and a month waiting time, I went to KMart and bought a Teflon coated home iron, had it modified and for total of parts $100 in operation 7 days and project with data done in two weeks.
