I want to print this elk in a 12x12 size, which version do you like better? The crop and color are a little different. Or would you process this different? The sun was really shining on him the day I took this, which made the grass yellow.

Wide crop with less yellow. If it was mine I'd try using the HSL tool to tint-shift yellow towards orange just a touch and desaturate there rather than globally.

Go with the last one Cindy. In reality they are your shots and I believe only you should make the final decision ignoring everyone, even me, to arrive at the one you like best

I like the last crop, with less yellow, the best.

Are you happy that you know how your prints compare with your vids? There are other things to consider - e.g., what printer paper you prefer to use and what inks you use.
It's a great shot - and good advice from R.G.

Cindy, the shot is a winner! I agree with the wide crop; but if it were mine, I would try to keep the the colors that show the environment as it was. The green bush in the background and grass have been 'neutralized'. A little less saturation, but retaining the original colors would be my way to go.
In the end, it is you pic and your wall. Great capture.
