Every month, I receive a report from Malwarebytes telling me about all the malware it found on my computer. It's the same every month, 0 in every category, yet they want me to start paying them a monthly fee to find even more. 😁

I have similar (none) results from Malwarebytes.
I also have/use CCleaner (Pro) with good results for Health Check, Custom Clean, Performance Optimizer, Driver Updater, Registry, and Tools (Handy Tools for everyday computer tasks)
I used to use the "Free" version, but the "Pro" version has many more tools/capabilities.
I also use the "Free AVAST" Anti-Virus that received a positive rating from Consumer Reports.
Weekly I use the "Microsoft Security Off-Line Scan". The "Full Scan" takes a Really Long time to complete.
I don't know too much about computers so I am a little paranoid because every computer problem takes me quite a while to research and fix, sigh . . . .

The need for several programs to scan for malware is just the nature of the environment today. I have Malwarebytes and McAfee Antivirus, but still use the Microsoft Malware Removal Tool monthly. The latter is updated on a monthly basis. It does take a long time to scan, but so does a complete scan by either Malwarebytes and McAfee Antivirus.
