After last night's rain I got some photos of tiny trees on my walk with Ranger this morning.

Throughout the day I took more pics with my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G.

These little trees were scattered throughout a clearing from logging done about ten years ago.

This photo reminded me of an article where they said smartphone cameras couldn't capture both the foreground and background as blurred with the subject focused. I believe they're wrong!

That is some fun stuff, Vaun, and yes, those trees are definitely tiny, fer sure. That first mushroom shot is really good. I like that one a lot. By the way, nice recovery by brining in that shot of Ranger! 👍🏻 He’s your supervisor on your walks, ya know. 😁 Your Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G smartphone seems to be a good one, and yes, looks like it can give you a clear subject and a blurred (bokeh) background. Smartphones are getting smarter and smarter. Happy Thanksgiving. Be sure to toss Ranger a tidbit of turkey today. He’ll thank you for that. 😃

They are all great captures. I am glad you put in the photo that was missing. I agree with Greg make sure to give Ranger some turkey. He deserves it after all his hardwork with you. I traded my I Phone 14 pro for the Samsung 23S Ultra and find the telephoto unbelievable out to 30mm 690mm. your right you can blur the foreground and background good job.
