California price is high because of allack of refining infrastructure . No reason that would support you statement.

So what, I live approximately 75 miles from very large refineries and I’ve heard all of the excuses. We have the highest energy prices, the highest gasoline prices, and the highest taxes in the country and it’s not due to refining capacity. It is due to bad public policy end of story so go ahead and v**e for Newsom in 2024 and you’ll get some of the same, you’ll see!
