I really like this Frank, although I would open up the shadows a bit. With the sun that high I believe there would be more ambient light on this side of the church.

Thanks Jim. As for the shadows I was thinking just the opposite. Darkening the side of the building just a tad more.

I reckon the shadow debate could have gone either way Frank but I’d have gone for a little more detail and said it’s the artists choice - which in the event, your shadow is! Nice image.

Thanks Dave. Back in September I was at a camera show. The one speaker who I listened to his talk, mentioned how many people view his photographs in as many ways as there are viewers. Each would pick out one element of his shot. I see the same thing here on the Hog.
