Kit of telephoto and macro for Sony E-mount

The lenses mount through an LA-EA1 adapter that is part of the kit. The macro lens is a Sigma 23-80 f3.5-5.6 which is especially nice in macro mode. The telephoto is a Tamron 200-400 f5.6 with a hood. Clear protective filters are on both lenses which are used but in good condition. The two lenses will come packed in an Apache 2800 case as shown. I'd like to get $280 but make an offer. $280 seems about $30 above what these items are going for on eBay and the $30 is a guess at stateside shipping charges.
