I'm not, but that means nothing.

Has something changed, e.g. have you just loaded a major update?

Modern AI is a hungry beast. You have told us nothing of what your computer is ... CPU, Memory etc...

I find my 5 y old computer with the graphic card "only" having 4 gig is not up to some tasks unless I am willing to be patient. Aggravating or Relaxing... both. I am recalling the old days, 1980s, when simple spell check was a time consuming task for my computer.

I received the same message after I updated to the latest version of Adobe Photoshop CC. Seems my graphics processor is not up to par. I am still able to continuing to use PS but it seems to be buggy at times with larger files. I will be installing a newer more robust Graphics card soon.

I got the same message last night. I had used PS earlier in the week and di not get that message, but I had to do pc computer updates yesterday! Maybe something with that? I don't use PS often so I will wait it out, call Adobe after the holiday if necessary.

It is time to upgrade your computer with a focus on GPU, CPU and memory. GPU is the key in this case.

Happened to me with On1 Photo Raw 2024. Had to buy a new laptop as parts are not replaceable in a laptop.

When you opened a technical support chat with Adobe, what did they say? Did the offer to remote into your system to review the hardware and software settings?

PS launches and works well, but there are a couple features where I get a message that my graphics card is insufficient. One is the oil paint filter.

If you want help it's just like going to the doctor, you need to provide complete symptoms and history before the doctor can prescribe the proper medication.
