Starena back Building wall and Fence.
Where the rear of the studio ends and the fence begins. Just enough space to fit that petit Starena in.
That twisted fence post is a 4X4, it is but as old as me, plus 20 to 30 years. Don't make things like they use to. I have watched u-tube videos about putting 4X4s in concrete in the ground and that one should hope them to last about 30 years only. This one is between 70 and 100 years in the ground. So much for 'modern' building techniques.
Of course the stairs up to the apartment are only about 60 years old, The corner of the upper section of the riser split so I had to put a small concrete square on the ground and a long length of 2X4 to secure the riser back into place. It is just fine. I figure I will be off to the clouds when the stairs need to be replaced, maybe. I love this old structure, it was built in the old times when things were built to last.
Knock on wood!".

I enjoyed your backstory "almost" as much as the models. Very nicely done and inspirational

Photo 2: She is in threat of being crushed by the moving walls just like in a movie [which?] and a strong hero will swoop in to save her. #2 is an action shot
#2 stands alone... #3 has nothing to do with #1 and #2.... #1&2 are a theme.

You made good use of an interesting setting, which is very well done.

You always seem to make your images look tawdry and slutty. If that's your intention, Congratulations, you have done well.

Those two terms tawdry and slutty are telling about the person using them. The women in these images would be delighted with your choice os descriptive terms. Serena often speaks of her work in the dance as being inspired by the ancient roll of women as 'temple whores'. While VADA is in a modern relationship with a husband as being 'open', she has several lovers, one of which is her husband.
Bottom line, photography is a vary collaborative thing, or as the old saying goes, "It takes two to tango". But you knew that, as I've been saying all along, I'm tawdry, but a slut? Yes, thanks for reminding me of what you think I am. Timmers the slut!

Mr. dpullum, always right at the heart of things.

M. Paul, I think the narrative comes from my years sitting through critiques while in art school. It seems to help inform the place the work come from and where it is going. One needs to vocalize the back story to give a sense of the direction and meaning for the work. That is what art history is supposed to provide and can often be revealed by the artists narrative.

You naughty boys! By the way, most women are not into tools, even most power tools, women see these things as an area that men play in. So naturally they go and play in that arena, but their motives are not about building or that old notion of 'finish fetish', there aren't no percentage in the finish, they are interested in the fetish! LOL!!!

Well jay, Tim is Tim and loves being Tim. He has a charmed life for sure and if the girls come across as you said, well, that is them having fun. The girls obviously LOVE bring in front of the camera and acting out.VADA is a professional in her real life but she is also a woman of fun and Tim has the opportunity to capture her. The others are having fun and if it titillates people in various ways then they love it. It feeds their fun times in front of the camera.
Ok, now I cannot speak for THEM BUT I do know a little bit about women.
So enjoy the show bro.

Well said! Just as you and Tim understand this so do I, unfortunately, some never will. Their minds are just too narrow.
