The image would be improved if you took the dog to the "Pet Disposal" organization that makes Soylent Green. Why is that dog there? What does it add? The dog is the only thing that does not have the fuzzy effect.

Unlike Don, I rather like the dog, he just needs softening a little. It’s good to see he gets the run of the place. You could remove the cables or whatever the near-horizontal lines are. Makes a very pleasant image - and even comes framed!
