These are funny, Jerry. My daughter, who's 46, was talking to her girlfriend the other day, about the "old days" and the fashions (of the 80's) and the TV shows and it brought a smile to my face. I suppose there are some "older" timers here that would roll their eyes and smile at my reminiscing of the 50's too. Oh well, I guess "The beat goes on.".

How about the 1930s and those cowboy serials at the local movie theater where there was a “cliff hanger” at the end and you had to wait until next Saturday for the next episode. Then when I became old enough, I finally worked as an usher at one oft the local theaters 1945 or 1946.
