Not sure about the processing or the crop...on either one

If you have the time, your feedback would be much appreciated. Please include the reasons for any suggestions.

I think that the first one is a better crop. It gives a sense of place without having useless information in the photo.

The bright at the bottom wants to pull my eye.

Very rough and strong image with no particular symmetry. Like that much.

Maybe should .... no, that's not right ... what if you would ... nope, not that either ... how about leave it the way You saw it?

Good point, Jack. Thanks very much. Yeah, that contraption under the window is useful only when I need air conditioning

Pretty Stella. I like the crop on the first one but on my monitor there is a dark horizontal line that runs across her nose and off the frame to the right. In the second one everything is perfect except for the ugly AC unit.

Thank you very much for your time and interest, Jack.

Removing the AC requires also removing the white sections of building; otherwise it just looks weird. So here is a new crop. The horizontal black line is there, just not so obvious with this different Silver Efex filter. I think it's a shadow of a power line. Will have to address that with next edit

Better (and I really like the asymmetry)

Just curious - what happens if you pull the left side in up to the window frame so there’s nothing to the left of it?

Thanks for your visit, Chris!

Do you mean the crop like Sony's below your comment?

Many thanks for your time and efforts, Sony! I'm kind of hanging onto the left side of the window frame for now. It makes the composition a bit more unusual, which for me, in this case, is a plus. Still not 100% sure, though. It could be I just need to take a more interesting photo

Yes, although I was imagining keeping all of the blinds on the right. Just curious how it would look…

I guess I wasn't quite awake when I replied earlier. I didn't notice Sony's edit of the blinds

Is this what you had in mind:
