Almost no knead bread. Add beer and less yeast and let it raise overnight. Bake in dutch oven with lid on then remove lid to finish baking.

I think I do NEED!! Looks SO good, JustJill!! .....got my butter out to soften right now,,,

I always appreciate your comments. As for the butter I am with you, I like room temp butter on bread. Hubby likes it best straight out of the refrigerator.
You can actually keep the stick butter on the counter all the time. But I don't.
