Your colors are 'off' in the thumbnails due to the colorspace is not using sRGB.

Odd since I used LR to export sRGB. When I first uploaded them to UHH they appeared too dark so I opened them in PShop, added a bit of exposure and saved as again, adding a letter to the file name.
Does the sRGB disappear?

I suggest creating an LR user export so you create your JPEGs exactly the same every time. Your transition of the image to PS retained the ProPhotoRGB colorspace, and when you output the JPEG directly from PS, that was the colorspace used. When you made the change in PS, following the hub & spoke discussion elsewhere, you would then have saved and closed the file in PS and 'picked up' that change in LR, to then process the export from LR. A minor global change like increasing the exposure also could have stayed entirely in Lightroom.

Exported, again, from LR classic making sure sRGB is selected.

We see the difference in the thumbnails and the opened attachments. These are the settings to consider as an LR user export preset.
