You play very well with others, Larry!
The weeds are a delicate beauty. For me the silver-white treatment works best to spotlight that, especially with the vase's geometric designs kind of mimicking the background.
There are parts of the inverted image I like, but not the way the vase looks
In my opinion, the symbols are too numerous and compete for attention.
Great to see you at play again, Larry!
Really pretty set Larry. I like the natural look in the first one
The first photo is a ... ya, huh, why bother... ho hum photo, but when you make the negative it becomes a mystically colored work of art. Filling the empty space under the protection of the to the left leaf was a stoke of classic genus. The photo as modified [#2] has an oriental flavor.
Negative Image... another universal too rarely used tool.
The negative image is very eye-catching! It might be worth masking the vase and bring back to positive, either completely or partially? Maybe even add a little colour to it? I’d definitely be playing with it.
I've looked at these versions and read all the comments. I sort of agree. I really like the version with lavender, but not the dark vase. Maybe making that vase white would be better? Not sure.
I like the third shot. I really liked the original because of the background, and then you made the background even better which is why I would opt for the third shot. Nice.

I guess I'm atypical in that I really like the plants in the original, a sort of wabi-sabi study. I like the way they're brought more to life in #3, but I find the background distracting.
