I've seen few I see notable. He's made a few decisions I don't like, but not because of mental decline. Giving Iraesal support for "defense" I'm in favor of. Giving Israel support unconditionally I'm vehemently opposed to. In todays political environment I wouldn't support any site denying a Biden gaff, but in the case of minor ones that reflect at the most his public speaking ability, I see no obligation to emphasize them. Gaffs by either that reflect on their cognitive capabilities are more important. Flubs that expose the speakers true intentions, or may be referred to as Freudian slips, are also different. Just my opinion.
