I don't think the store is open for walk in customer. I think online sales only. So because of that I would think very few people would want to do business with them. If you live far away from the store there is little reason to choose SSE vs many others. If you live close to the store you may want to go there but the store doesn't open for local business I think.

I see it only has a two star rating out of 5, and that is from 67 reviewers. And the site wanted to instantly set me up with cookies. NOT A GOOD SIGN AT ALL. I would run, not walk away and count yourself as lucky you did not do business with them.

Are you interested in this store because it seems to have better prices than popular, established stores like B&H? Actually that is a red flag as it probably means they are selling grey market or engaging in other unsavory practices.

If you can go to the store you don't need to ask anyone. A visit to the store would tell you a lot about how good/bad the store is.

That is far from true. There are plenty of nice looking stores that you would regret doing business with and some not so impressive stores that are great. OP was asking for first hand information which is more valuable than online reviews which may or may not be fake. In this day and age it is important to try and get information from sources you feel that you can trust.

If you can go to the store and chat with the people there you should know how good they are. If you can not go there then there is absolutely no reason to consider that store instead on a lot of online stores.
