Taken at Gingrin Farm feeding station, near Rhayader Mid Wales. Till 1992 there were only two known breeding pairs of Red Kites in Wales. With the help of the RSPB and several feeding stations there are now over 2500 breeding pairs in Wales. At Gingrin farm often more than 600 birds come daily to feed. So many birds it is difficult to get a single bird in focus

Thank you, The feeding station I was at has about 5 or 6 hides for photographers. some hold as many as 6 people, one or two just 3 people. Of course they cost, but it is worth it. They feed at a specific time every day. and you book ahead.
