Shot and processed for a high-contrast theme (which can be tonal, textural, color contrasts and more). #3 may be the Tree Top apple juice processing plant, not sure.

Feedback would be much appreciated.

I like number three industrial picture with boilers in action. I am guessing they may be low-pressure boilers but not sure. They were really popular around here and started to be replaced with what they call hot water boilers but just large hot water tanks, no steam.

Thanks for your visit.

Are you in Washington? These pics were taken in Selah, just outside Yakima.

Beautiful set Linda. I thought the first one was of hops trellis at first. It seems like an strange way to grow apples.

Thanks Jack. Trellis style produces commercial-sized fruit more quickly, and yields more fruit per acre because the rows are oriented to receive the most sunlight (there aren't any dense, dark areas). Also, pruning and picking is much easier.

Here's a better edit of a new orchard I posted awhile back. Below that are hops. They are vines that go up individual lengths of twine.

Amazing Linda. "Don't sit under the apple tree with anyone else but me" sure doesn't apply here

I really like your second shot. I think it says fall in the Northwest.

Thank you very much, Frank. I think there's quite a bit of color on the west side of the Cascades (wet vs. dry), though nothing beats the northeast, of course

Looking at #3, I was reminded of an image I'd seen several months ago, and thought perhaps you might find it inspirational:
