Does anyone know how to get help on Flickr?

Recently I 've stopped receiving e-mail notifications of likes on my Flickr account, I didn't change anything nor can I find a place to fix it myself or contact the people running Flickr, Thanks in Advance, Bob.

Hi, Bob
Next to where it says Flickr at the top left of the home page there are four drop down menus listed as You, Explore, Prints, and Get Pro. Hover over the "You" drop down menu and click on About. At the bottom of the "About " page there is a link to their Help page.

Thank you, I had tried that page but somehow missed the link to actually leave a message, tried it this AM, I get a lot of notifications of lookers and the e-mail message is the easiest way for me to link back to the looker and thank them by liking one of their photos.

Bob, it could be your email provider. This happens sometimes with UHH users who receive the Daily Digest by email. Perhaps your email program flagged one of the notices as spam, and rejected it.

Just checked spam, nothing there, Flickr auto-respond came through, just not notifications, I'm not PRO so 3-5 days if I'm lucky for Flickr to respond.

Do you see the notifications when you go to your page? The bell on upper right side?

Yup, some have a dozen names in one, that's why the e-mails are important to me, easier to respond to individuals.

That's what I've been doing, tedious though, and I'm sure I'm missing some of the people. I've got 7 notifications in the last 3 hours, going to answer them now before I lose my place in the list.

That's why I'm staying on Flickr, thinking of trying some other photo-sharing site in addition to Flickr.
