My outdoor farmers market is winding down and this was the last week for it. Good thing too because it was really cold here. At one of the tables I saw these big beautiful leeks and right next to them was the potatoes. This soup has been on my to try list for awhile. I knew I had some homemade chicken broth in the freezer. This soup was fantastic and I will be making it again. Topped with croutons from my homemade bread.
