One was taken with a Sony, the other with a Samsung.

Can you ID them without looking at the EXIF data?

I'm sticking with the original assessment. 1) Samsung, 2) Sony.

I know a few people with Samsung phones. The low light capability of the S21 is something that my iPhone 12 can't touch with a 10-foot stick.

Beyond that, it was a guess extraordinaire. I just kept looking at the two images, blowing the up and looking at the details.

Maybe there was some built-in bias. We have had Samsung TV's for years.
