Two Blue Jays frequent my yard.
Capturing them with my A1/100-400mm is not much of a challenge, doing it with my Galaxy is a little harder and the IQ is not as good, but it's good enough for viewing on a phone screen, which just about all my associates do. And on a 65" 4K TV they look pretty good too.
My Galaxy is a S22 Ultra...can't wait to see what the S24 Ultra will bring.
Not bad, not bad at all. You had a willing subject. Nice.

Great capture. How much did you pay him to model for you? I have the Samsung Ultra S23 and love it. The telphoto is optical to 230 mm and 30X digital which gives great photos is 690 mm. My Sony A7 IV with the Tamron 50 to 400 is gathering a lot of dust since I traded the I Phone 14 pro for the Samsung. Enjoy your weekend.

I have been using the Sony Experia 1 V lately and loving it. However it's reach is 85-125mm optically and to 375mm digitally. At 16, 24 and 85 to 125mm settings it is excellent but digital pales compared to the Galaxy.
So when I'm out trekking both come along, one in each back pocket. My A1 and 100-400 GM are relegated to back yard birds.
This Blue Jay was an experiment just to see if I could do it.
