A few more from the Ouray Silverton area. This mom and calf were near Black Bear Pass. I also added an artsy photo that is a difficult technique to master correctly. This is about as close as I have gotten and it was sort of by accident if I'm being honest....I know many photographers make big bucks with photos like this!

Some people call that aspen photo a "painterly" effect!

Very nice set. I like your artsy attempt. It takes some practice to get the scanning speed vs shutter speed just right. Really like that last one too!

Beth, a job well done. I LOVE the bird in the bath. By the way, is "big bucks" like those large checks people win that take several people to hold? I've often wondered the surprise look when the winner was told that the "check was in the mail". 😁

Another great set. Like your fountain. I agree your photo would look good on canvas. Is that the art photo you mention or ICM? Sort of halfway to impressionism.
