I get daily emails from a few recipe sites. Sometime I actually get inspired by them...well maybe sometimes obsessed. I have never made my own pasta but these looked so good I had to try them. My first batch of pasta just did not turn out, I could tell when I was kneading it. So I ditched that batch and tried again. I thought this better work because I ran myself out of eggs. Also I do not have a pasta machine so I rolled them out by hand. They are basically oversized ravioli. I stuffed them with a Ricotta and spinach mixture. Then I made my tried and true sauce to top them off. A lot of work. They tasted very good. You can never go wrong with garlic bread.
