Went for a short drive to see if anything was happening. There is definitely color. Not as striking as what has been shown on the Hog, but it can't all be that beautiful.

Very nice. Our trees are all going from green to burnt brown because of the drought.

Nice! I agree about the wavy shadows. Are the colors still coming on or is it about over there?
I'm in Albuquerque and there is some good color here. Haven't been to Bosque yet this year, but I'll bet that the Cottonwoods along the river are getting there!

The color seems to be rather quick this year. I think if you want to see them, don’t dally too long.

Nice images, Barbara. IMHO, perhaps the colors you are looking for are right there with another visit a bit before the area is so fully sunlit.
