COSTCO - UPS

I ordered a computer from Costco and I was told it would arrive today by 7pm. I stayed home all day and followed tracking... out for delivery at 9:15 am today. I have not received any notice of change in delivery. Regular UPS delivery truck was here at 10:30 but no pkg. Calling did no good, they just told me it was out for delivery.
It is now 8:11 pm and nothing... I am not pleased!!!

Maybe it was better for some of us when we ordered something and just anxiously awaited its arrival?

LOL I order and then put out of my mind But when I get an out for delivery date and approx. time, except during the holidays I do expect it that day, or a notice for next day.

With an expensive item like a computer or camera I prefer to pick it up if at all possible. I worry how the item will be handled and or stollen.

"Delivery" can be a misnomer. I hate it when they say it was delivered, but it's not here. UPS now takes pictures of the package, so I can see which neighbor has it. I hate that "We missed you."
