Some sour dough

I had a need to feed my starter that has been waiting in the fridge for a few months. Here's some Pixel 6 images, processed in LR6. I'm a bit out of practice, or maybe a bit rushed yesterday. I'd like more and bigger air bubbles, where maybe another hour of rise yesterday was needed. But, it was 10:30pm and I needed to get off the bed, not stay up watching bread rise.

I'd like to sop up a nice bowl of linguini, with your delicious looking bread covered with my wife's gravy. Or better yet soak up some nice shaved garlic, salt and pepper in EVOO with your bread. Maybe a little limoncello. You've got me going now. Fa'get about it! I think I know what we're having for dinner tonight, Paul! Is there a minimum number of loaves or can I order just one?

Thanks Ray! We were out for BLTs at a new bar last weekend, the focus was the Bear's Sunday disaster and beverages, but a wonderful sandwich was enjoyed too. I made some Basil Pesto yesterday, today the bread, now to attack a 2-pound package of bacon, and everything will be ready for the homestyle version of BLTAs -- bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado, pesto and red onion, between toasted sour dough. Enjoy the pasta!

Thank you Dan, Mike, Bill, Ray! The recipe makes two loaves. The 2nd was a bit better in terms of internal air bubbles. I'm getting, too, a better feel for the phone shooting, where a bit of processing improves things.

Nothing better than fresh bread hot out of the oven! Unless it is the sandwich later on! If it is too dense, make croutons!

Thank you Johnny, Crafter, JustJill, Jo, John! I like these edited results much better over the initial phone results. The addition of a bit of sharpening and contrast in LR makes the images harder to differentiate from an interchangeable lens camera.

Wow! I can think of several DOZEN ways to make that Bread go away... Some of them involve BACON..... however, ALL of them involve... MY mouth!!
