Looks like the local bear likes pumpkin. This one was growing on the fence about five feet off the ground.

I know I'm a few days out of the contest dates, but I had to share anyway. The Minnesota Zoo hosts a pumpkin spectacular every year. These are just a few of the 5,000 pumpkins they will display. The artistry of the featured pumpkins is simply amazing to me. The variation in brightness is created by carving deeper into the flesh of the pumpkin. They really are amazing. I hope you enjoy these.
