two ideas:

1, as the OP, you can edit either the subject (post) title and / or the post content of the original post, such as changing the price, or adding pics, etc.

2, Add a reply, that is an 'update', pushing the post to the top of the sort order, sorted by create and / or update time.

Both should work, try them in 1, 2 order to see which theory works in practice.

What won't happen is the post will never re-appear in the daily digest, which is limited to just yesterday's new original posts.

Purposefully changing the for-sale price, or adding pictures, achieve the same end-result of a 'bump', where no one could argue the underlying nefarious intension of these actions ...
