That's also beginning to be a problem in the Colorado mountains. Everywhere you look you see power lines. When I was in the jeep on the Ophir Pass Rd. they were putting up new power lines in that area. How they put them up so high on mountainsides I have no idea.

Hahaha, I'm not sure character is my choice of words. Maybe next time I'll get up earlier and drive past the east side of town where there is no clutter.

Depending on the terrain and accessibility, helicopters might be used. I watched them set towers along I70 by Idaho Springs area with a large helicopter.
