This photo was taken at GlassWorks perhaps 7 years ago, using my DIY converted full spectra camera. I did not use a filter.
I decided to test Lunapic online edit program with the photo. Under the ART section is VANGAUGH, so in an instant, I had the conversion.

Lunapic spells van Gogh as one word, Vangaugh. Forgive them they spell Lunatic as Lunapic

Yes, she did too describing it as "It is Timeless" and said she will use it in one of her postings.
The overexposed whites in the first, real, image become not overexposed blue. The junk in the background become interesting rather than clutter. When I have an image that should be good, but isn't, I will use this trick to salvage it. Some old photos fall into this category and can never be retaken... time moves on.
